Important: The platform operates on a quotation request model. Registration allows you to prepare projects and submit specifications for pricing by the print shop. We do not collect payments within the service at this stage.

PART I: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General provisions

1. The service available at velo.tools is a Web-to-Print platform used to manage the print quotation process.

3. By registering, the User gains access to tools for file preparation and communication with the print shop.

2. Quotation process (Web-to-Print)

Quotation request: The User submits print parameters and graphic files in order to receive a quote.
No direct payments: The Service does not process financial transactions. Final settlement takes place directly between the print shop and the client based on separate arrangements.
Print materials: The User declares that they hold the copyright to the submitted projects.

3. Company data

At the initial registration stage, only an email address is required. Full invoice details and shipping details will be required when a specific price offer is accepted, which will be regulated by a separate order form.

PART II: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Scope of processing

We currently process your email address for the purpose of:

Enabling login and saving your print configurations.
Notifying you about the status of your offer (print shop response, price change).
Statistical traffic analysis (IP, device type) to optimize the editor interface.

2. Data sharing

Your data (email and submitted projects) is shared with the cooperating print shop only for the purpose of preparing a quote and fulfilling your request.

3. Analysis and profiling

We use technologies that track interactions inside the editor (for example, which print parameters are selected most often), which helps us better match the print shop's technological offer to market needs.
